Special Meeting was called to discuss progress with Beauty Bay Lakewater Users Association (BBLUA)
Proceedings:
Meeting was called to order at 2:30pm by Chair, Bill Braid
Angela Brown (Secretary/Treasurer) presented breakdown of monies paid by Beauty Bay Homeowners Association (BBHOA) after incorporation of Beauty Bay Lakewater User Association (BBLWUA) in January 2005.
Total incurred expense from Jan 2005 – Sept 2016 is $7242.00. Any additional attorney fees as easement agreement recitals are finalized are to be paid by BBLWUA.
BBHOA paid insurance cost of $678.00 for building from 2005 – June 2108. BBLWUA will pay cost of electric for Gazebo for seven(7) years for the period 2018 – 2024 in lieu of cash payment to BBHOA. BBHOA will resume payment of electricity for Gazebo from the year 2025.
BBHOA paid liability insurance cost of $3979.00 from the period 2005 – 2010. BBLWUA will repay this to BBHOA over a period of four(4) years with $1000.00 increments for each of the four years beginning 2018.
BBHOA paid attorney fees of $2585.00 for the period Oct 2015 – Sept 2016. BBLWUA will repay this amount in full in 2018.
