After reviewing input from the road committee and costs for sanding and plowing of the main road and spur roads at Beauty Bay Estates the Board of Directors unanimously agreed to approve snow plowing and sanding of the main road and spur roads for the 2017-2018 winter season. However, homeowners on the spur roads shall be responsible to ready the road for snow plowing by removing low branches which, when heavy with snow, may interfere with the snow plow or sanding trucks. If necessary, homeowners on the spur roads will also make improvements to the road at the direction of the road committee.
