BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
July 21, 2020
Attendees: Renee, Joe, Fred, Wayne, Patty (via Zoom meeting), Sabrina and Allen Alt (via Zoom Meeting)
Called to order at 4:00 pm
- Sabrina and Allen Alt made an earnest payment for the Flowers’ estate that was about to expire. They requested a video conference with the Directors of BBHOA and a meeting was conducted via Zoom. They discussed their plans to expand the marina up to 200 boat slips, demolish all existing structures to create parking and to have a floating restaurant. ITD suggested they would need to use the tunnel under HWY 97 for ingress and egress for their patrons/customers. The Board responded that BBHOA by laws state that only members and or their guests are entitled to use the tunnel. Sabrina stated that they would let the board know in one way or another if they were going to continue to pursue the Flowers’ estate. The Board was contacted the following day and told that Sabrina and Allen had notified the Flowers’ estate that they were withdrawing their offer.
- Board finalized the Agenda for the Annual Meeting. Wayne mentioned that the mailing notice for the annual meeting was delinquent per the By-Laws. In order to provide the members the required thirty day notice, Wayne made the motion to delay the meeting until August 29. Renee seconded the motion and the motion passed.
Meeting adjourned at 6:00 pm.
