Agenda for Special Meeting was Insurance:
Bill Braid stated that more time was needed to receive quotes for insurance policies.
Board unanimously decided to maintain current policy for 6 months while they continue to shop around.
Explore the cost of adding the following to the current policy:
- Errors and Emissions insurance
- $1,000,000 umbrella policy
