MEETING MINUTES
August 26, 2020
Attendees: Renee, Wayne, Fred, Joe, Patty (via Zoom Meeting)
Called to order 4:06 pm.
A thank you note from the Bridge workers who used a boat slip during construction was presented to the Board.
Board members reviewed the Agenda for the Annual Meeting. An item was added to New Business, as requested by a homeowner. It was decided not to include discussion about the Lake Water System during the Annual Meeting, but rather call a special meeting for only those on the System and the Directors.
Board members reviewed and approved final updates to the By-Laws (primarily reference, grammatical and formatting corrections).
Renee asked if By-Laws can be first emailed, and then mailed by USPS, in order for the membership to have a chance to read them prior to the Annual Meeting. Board members agreed.
Meeting adjourned at 5:35 pm.
