Attendees: Renee, Joe, Fred, Patty
Called to order 4:00 pm
A buyer interested in purchasing the Flowers property to build a marina contacted Renee and requested to meet with the Board of Directors of BBHOA. The meeting will be scheduled next week.
The Board spent the rest of the meeting conducting the final walkthrough of the By-laws prior to Renee sending it to the attorney for review.
