MEETING MINUTES
June 17, 2021
Zoom Meeting
Attendees: Renee Bordelon, Joe Rush, Tim Ochoa, Patty, Dan Sturgis
Called to order 2:54 pm
Treasurer’s Report was reviewed.
Minutes from last meeting were approved.
Follow up from last meeting:
- Renee asked Bill Braid for a copy of the utility easement for the water system on the commons. She has not yet received it.
- Renee has distributed the majority of the parking stickers.
- Board approved buying seven 16 x 18 trespassing signs for the docks and beach.
- Lyman’s Dust Control bid was approved, and they completed the oiling.
- The dock gate was repaired by Joe B and Joe R. Discussion followed regarding how to re-install the plexi-glass. Joe R will cut the pieces and Joe B will haul the pieces up to Joe Rush’s.
- The only member of the architectural committee is now Debbie Bridges. Two more members will need to be recruited.
- Boal Slip Addendum to By-Laws was approved. Renee read the votes.
- The addendum regarding the consolidation of lots will be added to the Agenda for the Annual Meeting for discussion by the members.
- Spring Projects – Joe R put the ramp and path along the common area. The demolition of the red shed will be on the Agenda of the Annual Meeting for further discussion by the members.
- Boat Slip Addendum to By-Laws was approved. Renee read the votes.
New Business:
- Section 1, Article 1, #3 of the by-laws need to be amended to include the Beauty Bay second addition.
- At the next board meeting, the agenda for the Annual Meeting will be determined. Members will be invited to attend this meeting.
- Reconfiguring the docks to create addition slips for members on the waiting list was discussed.
- Boat assignments need to be tied to one lot. The boat assignment document needs to be updated.
