MEETING MINUTES
June 5, 2020
Attendees: Renee, Joe, Wayne, Fred, Patty (remote by phone)
Called to order 3:05 pm
Road right of way Update: COVID-19 slowed down the Title Company activity. Sawtooth Surveying did provide a legal description. Two Banks have liens on the property, which will need to be released. The next step is to pursue a Quiet Title Action since the parties will not agree to sign.
Patty provided the Financial Report as of May 31, 2020. Two homeowners are delinquent in paying this year’s assessments. The Board directed the Secretary to send notices to them.
Angela Brown has requested that a statement be sent to the Homeowners noting that there were no improprieties on her part. The Board agreed to make a statement to the Homeowners at the Annual Meeting.
Bridge workers are using boat slips again but are tying their boat to the end of the dock. Fred will let them know not to do that anymore.
The timing of the dust control on Beauty Bay Road was discussed. It was also mentioned that the Lyons should be contacted to see if they want to help defray the cost of the dust control. Joe will give Patty their contact information.
The purchase of a new stand of mailboxes was discussed. Patty will look in the records for information on the prior supplier and get estimated costs.
Fred wondered if it would be possible to put a Porta-Potty in the commons area this summer. It was suggested that the rental fee could be paid from the Dock Bank Account. No further action was identified on this.
The Board spent the rest of the meeting reading and discussing the proposed modifications to the By-Laws presented by Debbie and Barb to the Board.
